Quail Hunting                        

We want to say a big "Thank You" to all who have come to hunt with us.

Our extended preserve season runs from Oct. 1 until March 31. At this time, we'll have to limit most guided hunts to weekends and holidays. 

Guided hunts include a guide using our own dogs with a minimum of 25 birds/person/half-day. Due to an increase in the cost of grain and fuel, we'll have to start at $6 a bird that we turn loose. On December 15th we'll have to go up to $7 a bird. We'll try to hold to these prices, but they could change. The cost is $1 less/bird for unguided hunts, where you bring your own dog(s).

A home-cooked meal is provided on Saturday for a large group on a tip basis. Bird dressing is also available on a tip basis.

We have had successful corporate quail hunts, where up to 12 clients went hunting, fishing, shot plenty of skeet, and ate a big BBQ meal.

During dove season, we can handle a group of up to 100 for a dove hunting/fishing/skeet shooting trip.

We are very proud of our hunting dogs, all registered Brittanys, and have some "started" dogs, and some "broke" dogs for sale. We now have PUPPIES FOR SALE! Check out the pictures in the photo gallery!

Fishing

We have a 40-acre lake stocked with F1 Tiger Bass and Bluegills. It is full of cover and the fish have plenty to eat with talipia, threadfin shad, fathead minnows, and crawfish.

Our fishing customers have enjoyed pulling in quite a number of fish. Last year the top fish weighed 11.3 pounds. Many anglers have caught 40-200 bass per day. A high percentage of people catch fish weighing 9 pounds or better. It is ideal for bringing the family and having a great time!
